H\u0131zl\u0131 ko\u015fmak, yo\u011fun egzersiz yapmak, \u0131s\u0131nmadan bedeni harekete ge\u00e7irmek gibi nedenlerle kaslarda biriken madde, fizyolojik sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furuyor. A\u011fr\u0131, s\u0131z\u0131, uyu\u015fma onlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 oluyor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Laktik Asit Nedir?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Glikozun kimyasal reaksiyonlarla enerjiye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi esnas\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan madde, at\u0131k bir \u00fcr\u00fcn olarak biliniyor. C3H6O3 form\u00fcl\u00fcndeki molek\u00fcl, karbon, hidrojen ve oksijen atomlar\u0131 i\u00e7eriyor. Egzersiz sonucu, kaslarda oksijenin azalmas\u0131 ile olu\u015fan bu az bilinen molek\u00fcl, s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde de kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Laktik Asit Bakterileri Nelerdir?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laktik asiti incelerken as\u0131l ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan da bahsetmek gerekiyor. 1780 y\u0131l\u0131nda Carl Wilhelm Scheele adl\u0131 eczac\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan bulunan molek\u00fcl, ek\u015fimi\u015f s\u00fctte yer al\u0131yordu. Y\u0131llar i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, ayn\u0131 bile\u015fenlerin egzersiz s\u0131ras\u0131nda kaslarda da olu\u015ftu\u011funu ortaya koydu.
