Dinlenmeye ayr\u0131lan g\u00fcn (ler) \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan sonra, kalan k\u0131sm\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131nda yava\u015f ve <strong>rahat ko\u015fu<\/strong> yapmak kaslar\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesini sa\u011flar, ya\u011f yak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131r, dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131r ve kan hacmini y\u00fckseltir. Rahat ve kolay ko\u015fu i\u00e7in sporcu tayt\u0131 kesinlikle tavsiye edilir. Rahat ve kolay ko\u015fu h\u0131z\u0131 derken; 10Km yar\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131zdan 60-90sn daha yava\u015f ko\u015fmak bahsedilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bir h\u0131zl\u0131 bir yava\u015f ko\u015fmay\u0131 dene:<\/strong> \u00c7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma g\u00fcn\u00fc sonras\u0131 yava\u015f ve rahat ko\u015fmak, ya da dinlenmek \u015feklindedir.
