Ancak baz\u0131 durumlarda ko\u015fu sporunun getirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu sa\u011fl\u0131k problemlerine rastlan\u0131r. Ko\u015fucu baca\u011f\u0131 sendromu da bunlardan bir tanesidir. T\u0131bbi ad\u0131 \u201ctibia\u201d olarak bilinen rahats\u0131zl\u0131k, ko\u015fu yapan atletlerde ve di\u011fer sporcularda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. A\u011fr\u0131yla kendini belli eden rahats\u0131zl\u0131k, bacak kaslar\u0131n\u0131n kemik \u00fczerine olan ba\u011flant\u0131 noktas\u0131nda meydana gelir. Baca\u011f\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan a\u011fr\u0131, s\u0131k s\u0131k tekrarlan\u0131r. Futbol ve basketbol sporuyla u\u011fra\u015fan ki\u015filerde de sendrom ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Bu gibi y\u00fcksek etkili spor, refleks ve h\u0131z gerektiren hareketler nedeniyle ko\u015fucu baca\u011f\u0131 sendromuna rastlan\u0131r. Jimnastik\u00e7iler sendromu ya\u015fayan bir ba\u015fka sporcu grubudur. V\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 el ve bacak \u00fczerinde ta\u015f\u0131yan jimnastik\u00e7iler, belirli kas gruplar\u0131na yo\u011fun bir bask\u0131 yaparak, tahribata yol a\u00e7ar. Bir noktadan sonra durmas\u0131n\u0131 bilmek ve dinlenmek olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir.
